Maria da Fé is one of the founders of the restaurant Sr. Vinho. Born in Porto on 25 May in the 1940s, she began singing Fado at the age of nine. Honoured with the most prestigious awards from radio, television and press critics, she received the Amália Award for Best Fado Performer in 2006.
