Cátia Garcia

Cátia Garcia, born in Porto, took the Singing Course at the Vila Nova de Gaia Conservatory. Fado and Musical Theater are her artistic areas of excellence. She was part of the cast of “West Side Story”, “The Sound of Music” and “The Wizard of Oz” among others for Filipe Lá Feria.
Sob a direção de António Leal participou nos espectáculos “As músicas que os vinhos Dão” e “Só queria que me saísse… Dão” inseridos na Feira do Vinho do Dão e também no musical “Into the Woods”.

For the first time, she joined the cast of Teatro Maria Vitória as a fado attraction in “Pare, Escute e Ria”. She returned in “Canta Maria Vitória” having continued to be part of the cast as an actress and singer in the magazines “Parabéns, Parque Mayer” and “Paródia Nacional”.
As casas de Fado de Lisboa conhecem-na bem, tendo mantido nas mesmas actividade regular.
